You will work closely with the CTO and technical teams to build scalable, audit-ready security systems that protect our platform and clients.Success in this role means strong visibility across systems, zero major audit non-conformities, well-maintained documentation, and effective deployment of security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, and DLP solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and respond to security events and incidents across infrastructure and cloud environmentsDeploy, configure, and maintain security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, DLP, vulnerability management systems)Design and improve centralized logging and monitoring architectureImplement and maintain ISMS in line with international standards (e.g., ISO 27001 or similar frameworks)Conduct risk assessments and prioritize mitigation strategiesMaintain up-to-date security policies, documentation, and audit evidencePrepare the organization for internal and external security auditsCollaborate cross-functionally to align security controls with business objectivesProvide regular security posture reports to the CTO and managementWhat You Bring3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related rolesStrong understanding of cloud security fundamentalsSolid knowledge of network security principlesExperience with scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)Hands-on experience with vulnerability management toolsExperience implementing and maintaining ISMSFamiliarity with international security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar)Strong analytical thinking and decision-making under uncertaintyAbility to balance technical depth with regulatory and compliance requirementsEnglish fluency requiredWhy This Role MattersSecurity and compliance are fundamental to maintaining trust in the global telecom ecosystem.
