What You Will Do
This is a permanent Hybrid role with full benefits.
As a Principal Engineer on the Industrialization team in AMagine, you will work with technical process owners on innovative solutions for current and next-generation products. You will interface with cross-functional teams locally and globally.
Drive technical governance, promote lean engineering, and ensure scalable industrialization practices from concept to full production.
Deep understanding of manufacturing technologies and business systems, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with process owners across DFAM, additive manufacturing, CNC, finishing, inspection, cleaning, packaging, labeling, and sterilization to deliver solutions.
Provide training and technical direction on additively manufactured materials like metals and polymers.
Define business system user requirements for digital and IT teams to enable scalable manufacturing solutions.
Work with senior leaders across engineering, quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and marketing to ensure program success.
Plan and schedule activities independently to meet deliverables.
Establish and run continuous improvement programs.
Manage product traceability, metrics, and reporting using Power BI and OSI Pi.
Interface for value stream engineering and program reviews.
Anticipate and manage the impact of new products on the production system.
Develop and deploy overarching process models and frameworks, integrating a system thinking approach.
Align product and value stream development roadmaps, surfacing bottom-up technology and digital platform alignment.
Lead and participate in Kaizen initiatives for global business development.
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (Level 8 Degree)
8+ years of experience
Proven experience working in team-based environments
