Job Title: HR Officer Location: Antrim Salary: 30 - 35k Duration: Full Time / Permanent / Hybrid About your next employer VANRATH are partnering with our client based in Antrim, as they seek to appoint a HR Officer to join their growing HR team.
You will be expected to develop, implement and promote HR policies and practices in a hands-on operational role, in addition to contributing towards the development of best practice throughout the Company.
What you'll do: Advising managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Assisting in the development and updating of HR policies.
Conducting job analysis and designing job descriptions.
Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Facilitating new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
Identifying training needs and designing training programmes.
Overseeing employee benefits programmes and addressing related enquiries.
Screening CVs, conducting interviews, and assisting in the selection process.
About you: CIPD Level 5 A minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR role Experience of providing professional HR advice and guidance on Employee Relations matters.
Demonstrable knowledge of employment law and best practice HR.
