Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service, responding promptly to student inquiries and concerns.
* Collaborate with senior staff members to achieve team goals, focusing on student satisfaction and engagement.
* Manage accommodation services, ensuring students have a positive experience, from application to arrival.
* Design and implement student activities, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
* Maintain accurate records, adhering to company policies and regulatory procedures.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements, enhancing the student experience and contributing to team growth.
* Coordinate student arrivals, transfers, homestay assignments, and first-day operations, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
* Support the finance team in collecting student payments, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
A-level or equivalent qualifications are necessary, along with fluency in English (verbal and written). Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in multicultural settings, is essential.
