Senior Business Analyst Manager Job Description Our client, a leading professional services organisation, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst Manager to support the delivery of complex business and technology change initiatives across a diverse client base.
Job Responsibilities Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, business challenges and priorities Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements to support the delivery of technology-enabled solutions Lead and contribute to the delivery of end-to-end business analysis activities across large-scale transformation programmes Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to shape effective solutions that deliver measurable business value Support the development of operating models, process improvements and change initiatives Facilitate workshops, interviews and working sessions with business and technical stakeholders Contribute to business development activity including proposal development and client presentations Mentor and support the development of junior business analysts within the team Experience Required Minimum 5+ years experience working as a Business Analyst within consulting, industry or public sector environments Proven experience capturing, defining and documenting business and functional requirements for IT-enabled change Experience working across fast-paced, multi-vendor delivery environments Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across senior stakeholder groups Strong background supporting or delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programmes Desirable Skills Experience designing and documenting current state and target state processes and operating models Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, including user stories and use cases Experience working closely with Product Owners, development and testing teams Background in ERP or CRM programme delivery (e.g.
