Seeking an individual to facilitate the recruitment process, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Key responsibilities include candidate compliance management, onboarding coordination, and review of submitted documents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage candidate compliance processes, coordinate onboarding procedures, and ensure adherence to standards.
* Coordinate full candidate compliance, including reference validation, Garda Vetting/ overseas checks, occupational health, document collection & validation, peer review of files, and managing file transfers.
* Review and track all documentation received from candidates to ensure it meets required standards.
* Proactively follow up on outstanding compliance documentation and checks to ensure timely completion of onboarding and reduce delays.
* Maintain efficient communication and issue resolution through high-volume email and phone queries.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Prior experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or compliance within public sector settings.
* Collaborative experience working with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Effective communication skills and proactive approach to problem-solving.
