We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities/autism.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with independent living skills, community inclusion, and promoting their personal health and wellbeing. You will be given the opportunity to encourage and motivate individuals in pursuing their personal interests and life goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support adults with intellectual disabilities/autism in developing daily living skills
* Promote community inclusion by accompanying individuals on outings and activities
* Maintain accurate records of individual progress and provide regular feedback to management
Requirements:
* Diploma in Social Care or related field (CORU approved)
* HSE recognised Fetac/QIQI Level 5 Major award or willingness to complete
