You will work as part of a multi-skilled service team carrying out repair and maintenance of Building Management Systems in a range of commercial and industrial buildings.
Sirus is an Irish HVAC and BMS engineering firm serving the industrial, pharmaceutical, and commercial sector. With two offices in Dublin and Cork, Sirus is involved in almost every aspect of HVAC and BMS design, installation and service.
Services to include HVAC engineering, automation engineering, facility management, energy services, HVAC start up and commissioning, validation and QHSE compliance for pharmaceutical facilities, hospitals, laboratories, schools, retail and commercial buildings around the country. This is a mobile role, and you should expect to travel to different sites on a daily basis. These sites are primarily located in Leinster region but can be located anywhere in Ireland
Key Responsibilities
Delivery of effective PPM with many varied customers – primarily ABB Cylon & Siemens Systems.
Schedule works in conjunction with the BMS Service Manager.
Respond to breakdown and callout requests.
Maintain all procedures in accordance with Sirus SOP’s
Identify opportunities for project and energy saving initiatives and liaise with the BMS Service Manager for pricing recommended works.
Must meet deadlines on site and complete reports promptly.
Must be pro-active and be able to work under own initiative.
Be client focused and have ability to generate own work.
Requirements
Experience in similar service role.
Good electrical, automation, mechanical and controls knowledge.
Experience on high & low voltage systems associated with BMS works.
Team player with good time keeping and communication skills.
Good IT skills. Ability to work independently.
Training & Personal Growth
Training and development will be provided to support your integration into the BMS service team and to bring your skillset in line with that of our senior BMS service engineers.
Company Sponsorship of relevant training (all business/company relevant courses in a related discipline are encouraged).
Reports To
BMS Service Manager.
Remuneration & Conditions
Based out of our Dublin office and Customer Sites as required.
Salary commensurate on experience, paid monthly directly to your bank account.
Company van with fuel card, mobile phone.
Tablet/laptop as applicable.
Participate in an on-call rota when required.
Annual Bonus paid at Christmas based on your performance and effort throughout the year.
