Warehouse Operative — Jamestown (Finglas)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Start time: 7:00 AM or 8:00AM Daily
Hours & Roster: 9-hour shifts, Monday–Saturday rota (every second Saturday)
Pay: €14.20 per hour (circa €639/week based on 45 hrs) + overtime potential
Location: Jamestown, Finglas, Dublin 11

About the role
You'll keep our operation moving by safely loading and unloading trolleys from rigid trucks and artic trailers, organizing stock on racking, assembling flat-pack lockers for distribution, and occasionally accompanying drivers as a helper. We value punctuality and reliability above all.
Key responsibilities
* Load/unload trolleys from rigid vehicles and artic trailers safely and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean, safe warehouse.
* Act as a driver's helper on routes when required (no driving licence needed).
* Complete basic checks: counts, labels, damage reporting, and paperwork/scans.
* Follow Manual Handling and all H&S procedures; use PPE as required.
* Work collaboratively with supervisors and drivers to hit daily targets and timelines.
What you'll need
* Proven reliability and excellent timekeeping for early starts.
* Good level of physical ability for manual handling tasks.
* Safe, tidy work habits and attention to detail.
* Clear communication and teamwork.
Nice to have
* Forklift licence (counterbalance or reach) — preferred but not essential.
* Previous warehouse, loading bay, or trailer loading experience.
Training & compliance
* Manual Handling and any other required training provided on hire.
* Adherence to company safety policies and safe systems of work at all times.
