We are seeking a highly skilled Detailer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about structural steel and has experience working with Tekla 3D.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing GA drawings, fabrication details, and BOMs using Tekla 3D. They will also be required to create 3D models and fabrication drawings from site surveys, architects' drawings, and structural engineers' details.
As a Detailer, you will be office-based, but there may be occasions where you need to meet with customers. You will be part of a dynamic team and will be expected to liaise with different teams and customers.
Key Requirements
* 3+ years of experience working within structural steel in construction, including secondary steelwork, staircases, mezzanines, industrial, and agricultural portal frame buildings.
* Proficiency in using Tekla and/or StruCAD to produce drawings.
* Effective communication skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* An understanding of cladding systems would be an advantage, but not essential.
