As a responsive, client-focused, and award-winning MSP (Managed Service Provider), we empower organisations to achieve transformation and success through innovative IT and communications solutions.Reporting to the Partner Success Manager, the Partner Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts with a strong focus on relationship development, identifying opportunities for value creation with specific emphasis on client retention, recurring revenue, upselling, and cross-selling.
