Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to join our team. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and delivering consistently high-quality dishes, supporting menu development, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes to Brio Brunch standards across breakfast, brunch, and lunch service.
* Work with the team on menu planning, seasonal specials, and creative food concepts.
* Ensure high levels of food quality, presentation, and consistency at all times.
* Manage food stock, ordering, rotation, and waste control.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen in line with HACCP and food safety regulations.
* Support, guide, and train junior kitchen staff as required.
* Collaborate with management to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
* Strong knowledge of breakfast, brunch, and modern café-style food.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and passion for food presentation.
* Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility with working hours, including weekends.
