Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to join our team.
The Chef will be responsible for preparing and delivering consistently high-quality dishes, supporting menu development, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes to Brio Brunch standards across breakfast, brunch, and lunch service.
Work with the team on menu planning, seasonal specials, and creative food concepts.
Ensure high levels of food quality, presentation, and consistency at all times.
Manage food stock, ordering, rotation, and waste control.
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen in line with HACCP and food safety regulations.
Support, guide, and train junior kitchen staff as required.
Collaborate with management to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of breakfast, brunch, and modern café-style food.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and passion for food presentation.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility with working hours, including weekends.
