PURPOSE OF THE JOBTo Supervise designated Food and Beverage outlets ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, control, and maintaining high standard within the Food &Beverage team at all times.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure that the Department operates in a guest focused manner; always striving to exceed guest expectations thereby building customer and brand loyalty.To be fully aware of the hotel facilities, activities and promotions, special activities within the hotelTo deal with customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner in accordance with company procedures.To ensure customers needs are anticipated and satisfied to the high standardsTo promote a helpful and professional image to guestTo ensure all customer accounts are settled in full in an accurate and timely mannerTo report on duty on time in accordance with hotel grooming policyTo communicate roster informationTo become and remain familiar with the operation of the F&B computer systemTo motivate staff and develop their ability to anticipate customer needsTo develop, maintain and implement appropriate recorded training for F&B team.
