Workshop Supervisor Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced workshop environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workshop staff, performing quality checks, managing production flow, maintaining health and safety standards, and continually improving workshop efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise workshop staff and develop team skills.
* Perform quality inspections at various stages of repair and final audits on completed vehicles.
* Meet business targets and KPIs agreed with the manager.
* Maintain the company's reputation through professional customer contact.
Requirements:
* Supervisory experience in a workshop environment.
* Qualified technician with relevant certifications.
* Main dealer experience preferred.
* Strong leadership and team-management skills.
