Head Chef and business partner required for the old market bar and restaurant Bandon. a percentage of profits from the business.
Requirements for the role:
* The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Fully trained and certified in HACCP.
* Full understanding of budgeting and labour costs.
* Ideally, the right candidate would have a creative license to create new menus and deliver the finest food West Cork has to offer.
* We are looking for a passionate person to be a leader in a really busy kitchen environment.
* Accommodation is available for this position if needed.
Compensation:
* This position offers a salary between €50000 to €60000 depending on experience.
* Bonuses for waste control and labour cost management.
* All tips are shared equally between kitchen and front-of-house staff.
