Fully trained and certified in HACCP.Full understanding of budgeting and labour costs.Ideally, the right candidate would have a creative license to create new menus and deliver the finest food West Cork has to offer. We are looking for a passionate person to be a leader in a really busy kitchen environment. Accommodation is available for this position if needed.Compensation:This position offers a salary between €50000 to €60000 depending on experience.Bonuses for waste control and labour cost management.
