Join us as a Talent Acquisition Analyst in Ireland and do the best work of your career — while making a real social impact.What You'll AchieveAs a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you'll work closely with a collaborative team to plan and execute recruitment activities that support our business goals. You'll help shape short- and long-term hiring strategies to ensure we attract top talent.Your day-to-day will include:Building candidate pipelines through advertising, referrals, direct sourcing & networkingScreening and interviewing candidates to match them with the right opportunitiesGuiding hiring managers on best practices like Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI)Sourcing diverse talent using innovative and cost-effective methodsCreating a seamless candidate experience from first contact to offerSupporting on-campus events and presentations to engage future talent (internally & externally)Representing Dell Technologies at recruitment events and career fairsWhat We're Looking ForEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
