The successful applicant will have
* a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role with 4/5 star hospitality experience;
* a passion for delivering high levels of guest satisfaction;
* excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, and enthusiasm;
* the ability to manage stock control procedures in accordance with Company policy;
This role involves working varying shifts including morning, afternoons and evenings ensuring that all areas are properly prepared prior to each shift. Compliance with licensing requirements also plays an important part.
