We are looking for a Systems Engineer to support a world-class contact center platform that enables voice, email, and web chat communications for millions of users. This is a role on an agile scrum team responsible for building and supporting enterprise-scale communication systems that operate 24x7, processing over 35 million customer interactions annually.

The Expertise We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years in a systems engineering role developing, implementing, and maintaining contact center solutions
* (Platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Amazon Connect, or similar are a plus)
* Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) delivery and end-to-end software development and automation
* Understanding of enterprise-scale platform architecture with a focus on high availability and business continuity
* Ability to define, champion, and manage tools, methodologies, and best practices throughout the design process
* Familiarity with Docker, container-based development, and CI/CD pipelines
* Working knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and data applications/networking is a plus
* Ability to interact professionally and effectively across all levels of management and personnel
* Proven track record of working independently in high-pressure, high-visibility environments
* Experience supporting 24/7 production systems with continuous availability
