Report to customer and Contracts Maintenance Manager, proposing the appropriate solution in line with company proceduresMaintain the high standard of communication within your team, between other areas of the business and customersFollow through on your mentoring role as a crafts person by supporting Apprentices / Junior Engineers in their day to day duties by giving adequate briefings and appropriate feedback on work undertaken.
