Job Description:
Manage the Sales Operations and Account Management Function across the Island of Ireland
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive adoption, utilisation and improvement of CRM, including establishment of metrics and reports to highlight adoption and utilisation performance.
* Work with group directors to design and implement an effective, deliverable and auditable account management process to ensure best in class customer service, maximise revenue and profitability growth with existing accounts.
* Maintain an industry scan on customers and markets to ensure Enva has a competitive advantage.
* Create, develop and manage sales and account management targets, KPIs and other metrics.
* Manage sales pipeline to identify current and future tender opportunities.
* Deliver customer service excellence and innovation in proposals.
Requirements:
* Extensive years of experience in sales operations / or Sales leadership role.
* Experience delivering complex tenders is a distinct advantage.
* Microsoft Dynamics/Similar CRM experience is an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
* Waste, Water or sustainability industry experience is an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.
