The Dublin team is expanding, and they are seeking a capable Sales Team Lead to guide a high performing sales group focused on acquiring new customers and driving commercial growth. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring the wider programme delivers consistent, high-quality results. The Role Coach and support your sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and client expectations. Collaborate closely with programme leads to share best practice and resolve challenges. Provide clear and consistent communication around performance expectations. Review current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes. Develop and execute improvement plans that support team success. Use data, reports, and performance insights to identify trends, strengths, and gaps. Present recommendations to senior leadership through weekly reporting and formal business reviews. Build strong relationships, encourage accountability, and lead by example. Manage day to day sales operations and support team members with coaching and problem solving. Carry out additional duties as required. What We Are Looking For 2+ years' experience leading a sales team or mentoring sales professionals. Strong communication skills across verbal, written, and presentation formats. Confident in managing conflict, fostering collaboration, and building trust. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and general productivity tools. Proven ability to coach low performers to reach target levels. Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify data driven opportunities. Adaptability and the ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
