Red Chair Recruitment are excited to announce we are recruiting for an enthusiastic Barman for one of our well-established clients in Macroom, Co. Cork. You’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, maintaining high standards, and contributing to a welcoming environment for customers and tourists alike.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 1-2 Years bar experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Good knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation.
* Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
* Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area and equipment.
* Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register accurately.
* Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options.
* Interact with customers, take orders, and offer recommendations.
* Assist in stock management, restocking, and stock rotation.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and Bank holidays.
PACKAGE ON OFFER:
* Competitive hourly rate of €14.00 – €15.00 an hour dependent on experience.
* Meals on duty and potential tips.
* Free on site parking
