Base pay range
Up to €120,000 base, plus €30,000 bonus and full benefits.
Our client is a global leader in digital identity and verification technology. We are seeking an accomplished Team Lead, Solutions Consulting (EMEA) to drive its pre‑sales function across the region.
This role blends technical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership, managing a small but high‑performing team that partners with sales to design, demonstrate, and deliver secure, scalable identity verification solutions to enterprise clients.

What You’ll Do
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two Solutions Consultants supporting the EMEA go‑to‑market strategy.
* Partner closely with Sales Leadership to align pre‑sales activities with revenue goals and growth priorities.
* Deliver and oversee client‑facing demos, proofs of value (PoVs), and technical proposals.
* Translate complex client requirements into scalable, commercially viable solutions.
* Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, ensuring solution fit and client confidence.
* Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to bring customer insights into product innovation.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven people leadership experience – having managed or led technical or pre‑sales professionals.
* 5+ years’ experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar pre‑sales roles involving complex software or platform integrations.
* Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a hands‑on approach to technical engagement.
* Comfort working in a hybrid model (3 days onsite in Dublin).
