Strategic Marketing Director
We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our dynamic and growing team at a rapidly scaling firm. This pivotal leadership role is ideal for a commercially minded generalist with proven success managing teams, engaging stakeholders, and delivering impactful campaigns.
This is an initial 12-month contract role, with a strong possibility of permanency.
About the Role
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading a small but growing marketing team, ensuring high performance, creativity, and professional development. They will develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives and commercial priorities.
The successful candidate will take ownership of stakeholder engagement across the business, working closely with partners, directors, and senior leaders to ensure marketing supports strategic priorities. They will oversee a wide range of marketing activities including brand development, digital campaigns, content marketing, events, PR, and internal communications.
The ideal candidate will build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, becoming a go-to advisor for marketing and communications across all service lines. They will analyse campaign performance, client feedback, and market trends to shape data-led decisions and continuous improvement.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have 7 years of experience in a broad marketing role, ideally within professional services or a B2B environment. They will have proven experience leading and mentoring marketing teams. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate with credibility at all levels, are essential.
Strong track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive growth and enhance brand visibility. Commercially astute, with a hands-on and strategic mindset. A relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
