Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Platform Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex features in fast-paced environments and be well-versed in AI/ML-powered products.
The Platform Product Manager will be responsible for driving the execution and evolution of our digital learning library, transforming it into a next-generation AI-powered content creation and management system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate vision into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Execute improvements to the existing platform while shipping AI-supported content generation and workflow features.
* Drive features end-to-end: discovery → build → launch → iteration.
* Partner daily with engineering, design, SMEs, editorial, and AI specialists.
* Gather insights from teachers, students, and internal content teams to shape priorities.
* Monitor usage, support tickets, and feedback to identify friction and opportunities.
* Define CMS capabilities, workflow automation, and AI evaluation frameworks.
* Support operational health of the platform (access flows, metadata, ingestion standards).
Requirements:
* 4+ years Product Management experience (must-have).
* Proven execution track record delivering complex features in fast-moving environments.
* Hands-on experience with AI / ML-powered products (generative AI a big plus).
* Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
* Analytical mindset - comfortable defining KPIs and using data to drive decisions.
* Experience managing external partners or contractors.
* Passion for EdTech and empathy for teachers & learners.
* Background in educational publishing, CMS workflow tools, or Irish curriculum highly desirable.
