We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair filtration, drying, and separation equipment.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role supporting leading pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Install, test, and commission industrial filtration and drying systems
Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and mechanical overhauls
Conduct fault finding and diagnostics on rotating equipment
Carry out Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), upgrades, and system improvements
Produce detailed service reports, risk assessments, and technical documentation
Provide technical support, spare parts advice, and after-sales service
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Deliver on-site customer training where required
Liaise with internal engineering and service teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Education / Experience
Qualified Mechanical Fitter / Mechanical Technician / Service Engineer (or equivalent)
Experience with gearboxes, seals, agitators, pumps, or drive systems
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
Ability to work independently in field-based environments
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Full driver's licence and willingness to travel internationally
Desirable Experience
Background in pharmaceutical, chemical, or process industries
Experience working in regulated or GMP environments
