Reperio has partnered with a leading organisation that manages delivery operations for some of the world's top eCommerce and retail brands. Their SaaS platform optimises ordering, shipping, and delivery processes to ensure smooth customer experiences at a global scale.
They are searching for a Product Manager to join their growing product function. Reporting to the Principal PM, this high-impact role involves shaping product strategy, executing roadmaps, and collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market.
Responsibilities:
1. Support translation of business goals into actionable product plans and priorities.
2. Contribute to building and maintaining an outcome-focused product roadmap.
3. Work closely with engineering squads to align on requirements, timelines, and delivery.
4. Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Engineering on launches.
5. Conduct user and market research to identify customer needs and pain points.
6. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform product direction.
7. Track product performance metrics and support adoption of new features.
8. Provide research, documentation, and support to the Principal PM on product initiatives.
Requirements:
9. 2+ years' experience as a Product Manager within SaaS, with proven delivery impact.
10. Strong background working in Agile or Lean environments.
11. Excellent collaboration skills, comfortable engaging with both business and technical teams.
12. Analytical problem-solver who can simplify complex topics for diverse stakeholders.
13. Experience with product strategy, planning, and roadmap execution.
14. Open to occasional EU/international travel.
15. Full driving licence required.
