Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate the delivery of our construction projects. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors and clients;
* Manage and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource allocation plans;
* Develop and implement project control systems and procedures;
* Monitor and report on project progress and performance metrics;
* Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery;
Requirements
* Relevant qualifications in quantity surveying or a related field;
* Proven experience in construction project management or coordination;
* Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills;
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
