About the role The Regional Director of Security Operations (RDSO) leads and develops security operations across a large multinational datacenter client within the EMEA region.
This senior leadership role oversees multi-disciplinary teams and ensures consistent delivery of safe, compliant, and high-performing security services.
You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, global partners, and internal leadership to strengthen operational excellence, enhance safety culture, and support long-term growth.
The RDSO is instrumental in shaping regional strategy, driving operational improvements, and ensuring the security program consistently meets the highest standards.
What you'll do Lead regional security teams and ensure cohesive operations to deliver effective datacenter security services.
Drive strategic priorities and streamline processes across the region.
Act as a trusted advisor to the client on security matters.
Oversee manned guarding operations and ensure compliance with: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Contractual requirements Produce high-quality performance reports and project updates.
Guide regional initiatives and promote collaboration across global business groups.
Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
Prepare executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders.
Support crisis and incident response when required.
Ensure the region operates effectively in a 24/7 environment.

What you need to apply Education: Bachelor's degree in business, management, security, or a related field Or equivalent experience Experience:10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in; Physical security Contract security Large-scale operations Minimum 3–5 years in a director-level position Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication skills Ability to engage confidently with senior executives Proven experience building strong partner relationships Travel & Flexibility Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time for leadership meetings, program launches, and regional alignment.
