Office Coordinator Position
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position, working a minimum of 3 days onsite in our Portlaoise office.
The Office Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities, maintaining business process governance and driving alignment with operational business processes.
* Coordinates daily activities, ensuring business processes are followed.
* Drives alignment with operational processes to ensure consistency.
* Conducts audits and checks to ensure processes are adhered to, raising deviations to senior management.
* Highlights training needs across the team to senior management.
* Assists with scheduling meetings and liaising with contractors.
* Manages on-site training and canteen equipment.
