The Role
We are seeking a
driven, relationship-focused Salesperson
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing new business, managing client accounts, and promoting HEC's services to facilities managers, property owners, and management companies across Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated salesperson with a background in
facilities management, building services, or engineering sales
who thrives on building trust and closing deals.
What You'll Do
* Generate new business for
maintenance contracts, repair works, modernisation projects, and new installations
.
* Manage the full sales cycle from
prospecting to closing
.
* Build and maintain strong relationships
with facilities managers, property owners, and management companies.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for repeat and additional business.
* Collaborate closely with our Operations and Administration teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
* Report on pipeline, activity, and performance to the Managing Director.
* Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
What We're Looking For
* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in
facilities management, building services, construction, or engineering
.
* Exceptional
relationship-building skills
and a strong client network.
* Commercial awareness with excellent negotiation skills.
* Clear and confident communication style.
* Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
* Ability to understand technical solutions and present them clearly to customers (training provided if not from lift industry).
