Job Opportunity
The role is a job share arrangement, working five days on, five days off, from Wednesday to Tuesday.
This position suits someone who enjoys a varied day and appreciates liaising with colleagues and customers.
Main Responsibilities include:
* Providing administration support to the management team
* Developing presentations, spreadsheets, and reports using software packages
* Collating data/information to support business goals
* Coordinating office activities and operations
* Preparing and updating reports and presentations as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar position
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Advanced PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* Ability to build relationships and strong communication skills, both verbal and written
