Take this opportunity to make a difference and grow with usKey responsibilitiesMaintain professional, timely, and effective communication with our customersTake responsibility for all aspects of account administration, including handling account queries and providing commercial supportManage customer orders and requests in line with company procedures, and suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and effectivenessResolve service issues by clarifying customer complaints, investigating root causes, finding solutions, and escalating appropriately to your Lead, Supervisor, or ManagerDevelop and maintain strong relationships with all customers through effective account managementKeep your knowledge of products, customers, processes, and suppliers up-to-dateBuild strong working relationships with the supply chain and all departments, including the commercial team, and collaborate with your Supervisor or Manager to enhance customer serviceSupport the collection of information to help implement improvements across the businessRemain fully flexible to meet changing business needsQualifications and skillsThird level qualification requiredAdditional language skills (French, German, or Spanish) are a plus, but not essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to integrate and work effectively with others in a changing environmentHigh level of attention to detail and strong organisational, analytical, problem solving and administrative skillsA team playerA strong desire for continuous learning and a desire to grow professionally
