My client is currently on the hunt for an experienced Receptionist to join a modern corporate office environment based in Cork City.
This role will suit someone with previous reception experience in either hospitality or an office environment, who is well-presented, approachable and comfortable working in a professional setting.
The Role As the first point of contact for visitors and staff, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key responsibilities include: Welcoming visitors and managing front desk operations Answering and directing phone calls and emails Coordinating meeting room bookings and visitor access Providing general administrative and office support Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers Assisting with facilities-related tasks (experience here is a distinct advantage but not essential) Working Hours Monday to Friday Hours vary with rotating shifts eg.
7:00am - 4:00pm, 8:00am - 5:00pm, 10:00am - 7:00pm About You Previous reception experience in hospitality or a corporate office Professional, polished and personable presentation Strong communication and organisational skills Comfortable working in a busy, client-facing environment Facilities experience is a plus, but not required If you take pride in providing excellent service and enjoy being the welcoming face of a professional office, I would love to hear from you.
