**Job Opportunity for Quantity Surveyor in Residential Construction **

The Role
* Support the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with site and project teams to ensure cost control.
You will assist with cost planning, budgeting, prepare subcontractor packages and manage procurement. Additionally, you will measure works and prepare valuations and variations, as well as support cost reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* * Assist with developing estimates for construction costs
* * Conduct regular inspections at building sites to identify areas where changes may be needed
