Clubhouse Operations Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead clubhouse operations at a premium resort.
The ideal candidate will have general hospitality experience, proven ability to manage bar and lounge operations, and a track record of delivering results in guest satisfaction, staff retention, and employee engagement.
* Plan, organize, and manage delivery of all hospitality services within the clubhouse.
* Oversee all operational and functional areas of the clubhouse.
* Demonstrate excellent leadership and technical skills within a hospitality environment.
