€551.85 per week
Accommodation provided in close proximity to the hotel. Excellent live‑in accommodation will be provided in our fully furnished houses in the village all within walking distance from the hotel.

We will provide reduced rates to the leisure centre. We will offer you Friends and Family rates at the hotel. Meals provided on duty.
Scope and Rotation
Operations focused placement with possibility to rotate and receive different roles and responsibilities during the year based on skills, knowledge and professional development. Opportunities are available in the Kitchen, Front Office and Sales & Marketing Departments.
Food & Beverage and Front of House
Our programme is designed to give you the relevant experience required to be able to progress to a Supervisory Position. This should be attainable for the trainee after a 6‑month period at which time a meeting with the GM is arranged to discuss progression through the programme. Progress to a supervisory role is available within our Maigue Restaurant and Hunters Bar. Trainees will have responsibility for the daily operations and weekly planning of these areas.
Front of House Rotation
Trainees will learn all the skills involved to be a front desk agent and a reservations agent.
Kitchen Rotation
Trainees will learn all the culinary skills required to progress from a Commis Chef to Chef de Partie.
Sales & Marketing Support
Trainees will be able to provide support functions in Sales and Marketing, HR or Finance in the final period of their programme.
