A leading, high-volume manufacturing facility is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join its on‑site engineering team. Supporting a fast‑paced production environment, this role plays a key part in ensuring plant reliability, minimising downtime, and maintaining high safety and compliance standards.This is a shift‑based role working as part of a rotating three‑week cycle, offering strong earning potential through premium rates and overtime.ResponsibilitiesCarry out electrical maintenance, fault finding and repairs across all site equipmentLead and support preventative maintenance activities and schedulingDiagnose issues across production machinery, controls and automation systemsComplete work orders efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to dateTest, inspect and certify electrical installations as requiredMaintain a strong understanding of all equipment and systems on siteEnsure strict adherence to health, safety and compliance proceduresCriteriaQualified Electrician with a minimum of 3 years' post‑apprenticeship experienceStrong experience in industrial maintenance, ideally within a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of machinery, process systems, controls and automationExperience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance is advantageousStrong fault‑finding and problem‑solving abilityGood communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a teamFlexible approach to working hours including shift work and overtimeFull driving licenceRewardSalary of €66K (including shift premium)Overtime paid at 1.5x standard rate3 Week rotating shift pattern, no nights and only 1 Saturday morning shift in every 3‑week cycle.20 days annual leaveCompany pension scheme available post‑probationStrong long‑term opportunities within a well‑established and growing operation
