This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Financial Crime team to partner with the Business in providing compliance services to the Firm. As a Vice President on the GFCC team, you will be responsible for providing compliance services to the Firm and supporting the firm's Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions programs. You will play a key role in maintaining and supporting compliance with local jurisdictional and JPMorgan Group AML/CTF requirements.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist businesses with implementing Group policies, procedures, and systems related to AML/CTF, sanctions, and fraud, including knowledge of KYC policies.Provide subject matter support for associated technology development and ensure local requirements are addressed in regional and global programs.Act as PCF-52 for Irish legal entities, engaging with the Central Bank of Ireland on financial crime matters.Provide financial crime advice to the business, including Fintechs, third-party payment processors, Non-Bank Financial Institutions, and Corporate entities.Monitor and analyze suspicious activity and report accordingly.Prepare legal entity AML/CFT Risk Assessments.Provide educational training and awareness on financial crime subjects.Support the development and monitoring of local AML/CFT programs.Report to Senior Management and the Board on AML/CFT matters.Review and interpret new AML/CFT regulations and support change management.Participate in regional and global group projects.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsStrong knowledge of global and national financial crime requirements.Experience in Payments and/or Merchant Services.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to convey complex ideas clearly.Experience dealing with senior management.Ability to build strong relationships within a large organization.Proactive problem-solving skills and determination to resolve issues.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.About Us: J.P.
