Role Summary:
Responsible for administration aspect of work in Quality Department of the pharma industry.
You will work closely with our Quality Assurance & Regulatory Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Collaborate with internal teams, including laboratory, support and quality, to ensure excellent customer service.
Assisting in the development, implementing and managing of QMS
Ensuring compliance by continuously measuring quality processes and systems and ensuring readiness for internal and external audits
Proactively identifying and closing out corrective actions to deal with quality issues
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years administration experience, ideally in quality or similar department.
Excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Capable of taking responsibility for reporting with particular emphasis on strong delivery, attention to detail & timescales
Excellent ability to analyse and interpret data and pharma language.
Proven excellent analytical and organisational skills, along with superior oral and written communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
