About the Job
We are seeking a skilled engineer who will investigate, troubleshoot, and develop solutions for Red Hat Customers. The ideal candidate will ensure that customers get the maximum value from our offerings and subscriptions.
* Solid understanding of Linux kernel internals, with emphasis on filesystem and/or storage subsystem;
* Experience in development, tuning or troubleshooting in at least one of the following technology areas: common Linux file systems (ext2/3/4, XFS, nfs, zfs), storage area networks; or redundant storage arrays;
* Troubleshooting and debugging experience in distributed environments;
