What you need to know Matrix Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Change & Transformation Implementation Lead to join our client, a global financial services organisation based in Dublin or Limerick. This is a strategic role within a transformation-focused division that is leading large-scale, enterprise-wide change across operations, technology, and business processes. If you have a strong background in business transformation, change management, and delivering innovative solutions in a fund administration, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact. This is a 12-month contract position with some potential for extension. The role offers a hybrid working model. Your new job Key duties and responsibilities: Lead and deliver cross-functional transformation programmes aligned to organisational strategy. Manage large-scale initiatives involving process redesign, operating model improvements, and technology change. Engage with senior stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into actionable delivery plans. Promote and embed innovation, including automation and AI, into business transformation activities. Monitor project progress and ensure timely issue resolution and escalation as needed. Communicate project status effectively to a wide range of audiences. Apply best practice in change management, benefits realisation and stakeholder engagement. Drive continuous improvement and collaboration across multiple business areas. What are we looking for? Proven experience in leading transformation or change programmes, ideally within fund administration, financial services or a similar regulated environment. A relevant degree in business, finance, technology or related area. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are an advantage. Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Comfortable managing complexity across multiple stakeholders and business units. High-level problem-solving, analytical and communication skills. Experience working with ERP or business systems (e.g., PeopleSoft or equivalent).
