Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in a key role that involves ensuring compliance from our supplier base. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, knowledge of supplier relations, and a proven ability to pursue account settlements.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with internal Finance, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure that our suppliers provide all necessary logistical and administrative data. You will also be responsible for recovering costs from suppliers based on non-compliance and managing formal claim letters to accompany supplier engagement and pursuit of reimbursement.
You will work closely with our SCM team and 3rd party logistics partner to ensure that all logistics requirements are audited against the requirements from our suppliers. You will also be responsible for capturing data to support financial penalties claims and documenting evidence of same.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A third-level qualification or appropriate and commensurate experience.
* Experience in being part of a team and working on projects with good communications skills, written & verbal.
* Excellent administrative skills, with experience working in SAP, SharePoint, and other applications.
* Ability to communicate with suppliers on commercial topics for logistics-related activities.
