Lettings & Property Admin | 35K
Job Description:
The successful candidate will take on all admin duties support the team and will assist on 2 existing portfolio of managed properties all over the greater Dublin area.
Responsibilities:
1. General administrative support, including use of LetMan and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
2. Handling tenant and landlord queries in a professional and timely manner.
3. Coordinating maintenance requests: liaising with contractors, obtaining quotations, and following up on job progress.
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date tenant and landlord files.
5. Registering tenancies with the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB).
6. Conducting occasional property inspections when required.
7. Overseeing a dedicated property portfolio two days per week in a job-share capacity
Skills:
8. Strong administrative and organisational skills.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
10. Experience using LetMan or similar property management software (training can be provided).
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage tenant and landlord relationships effectively.
12. Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work independently.
13. Previous experience in property management, lettings, or a related field is desirable but not essential

This is a fulltime role and the successful candidate will be based in our office in Dublin 6 and report to the Head of Lettings.
