The Customer Account Manager position sits within the Energia ROI Customer Solutions business unit reporting to the Head of LEU Sales. The successful candidate will be part of a team that is responsible for managing the OGP/Government portfolio of energy supply business. This business represents a large portion of the energy market and is a strategic and crucial part of our overall business. This role will be responsible for overseeing tender submissions, billing administration, customer engagement responding to general queries, and coordination with internal teams and third-party providers.
The OGP Customer Account Manager role will have the administrative support of the Sales Support team, and you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders within the business including Energy Services, Marketing and Pricing, to provide a best‑in‑class service to our OGP/Government portfolio of customers in a fast‑paced, challenging environment constantly open to change.
This is an opportunity for a vibrant candidate who wishes to develop their career in the Energy sector, working with one of Irelands leading Energy companies.
What you'll need
* At least 2 years’ Account Management or Customer Relationship Management experience.
* Proven commercial experience with a track record of delivering targets or KPIs.
* Skilled negotiator and communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to influence and manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close.
* Goal orientated, demonstrating flexibility, agility and resilience.
