Financial Specialist
The role involves supporting the Financial Controller in preparing financial statements and performing other finance-related tasks, including being accountable for the initial preparation of monthly management accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly management accounts
* Analysis of performance metrics and commentary on results against budget and previous periods
* Maintenance of cost control and measurement of departmental performance against budget targets
* Supply of up-to-date financial insights on an as-needed and regular basis
* Adherence to tax compliance requirements
* Nurturing strong working relationships with key partners
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accountancy, at least 4 years of post-qualification experience, and exposure to month-end reporting and consolidation. Additionally, they must hold a valid visa to work in Ireland.
