Job Title: Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our projects from conception to completion.
* Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
* Determine staff resources for your project and communicate effectively with your team.
* Safety Management: Maintain an excellent safety culture on your project, managing risks proactively and implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Cost Management: Create a comprehensive cost management plan, controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle while meeting quality standards. Work with the commercial team to achieve agreed-upon objectives for your project. Monitor financial performance against budgets, identifying opportunities for improvement and escalating issues promptly when necessary. Ensure all stakeholders understand how costs will be managed across different stages of the life cycle so that everyone knows their expectations throughout this process!
Required Skills & Qualifications
Analytical skills: A degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
