A Process Enhancement Specialist will possess and apply a broad knowledge of process improvement principles, practices, and procedures. The role requires a strong understanding of process optimization best practices, test strategy, and operations integration.
* Manage multiple significant projects through the Project Management Office.
* Provide technical leadership from an engineering perspective.
* Continuously enhance the performance of business processes.
* Support process development and advanced operations on technology development and application within manufacturing.
* Implement lean manufacturing methods within production.
* Interface with materials science, design, and quality assurance departments to provide a quality product in a timely manner.
