Job Title: Enterprise Sales & Account Executive - French Location: Dublin South (On-Site) | Sector: Artificial Intelligence & Saa S Compensation: €65,000 -€70,000 Variable OTE + Comprehensive Benefits The Opportunity: Are you ready to represent a global leader in Advanced AI systems? We are looking for an ambitious, French-speaking sales professional to join our high-growth team in Dublin.
This isn't just a sales role; it's an opportunity to sit at the forefront of the AI revolution, helping enterprise organizations integrate the world's most sophisticated models into their business workflows.
The Role: Impact & Strategy As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the relationship with some of the largest companies in the French-speaking market.
You will move beyond "transactional" selling to become a trusted advisor, identifying business pain points and solving them with cutting-edge AI technology.
Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead prospects from initial discovery through to closing, ensuring a premium experience at every touchpoint.
Strategic Prospecting: Execute outbound strategies to engage C-suite and senior leadership within the Enterprise space.
Consultative Selling: Transform complex AI technical capabilities into clear, high-impact business value propositions.
Pipeline Management: Maintain high-velocity activity while ensuring data integrity within Salesforce.
Collaborative Growth: Work alongside internal product and technical teams to ensure long-term customer success and retention.
What You Bring Linguistic Excellence: Native or professional fluency in French and English.
Saa S/Tech Expertise: Proven experience in B2 B outbound sales, specifically within Tech, Saa S, or Cloud environments.
Mid-Market or Enterprise experience is highly preferred.
Executive Presence: The confidence and sophistication to navigate complex procurement processes and pitch to C-level stakeholders.
Results-Driven Mindset: A hunter's mentality with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Adaptability: A desire to work in the fast-evolving AI sector, with a commitment to continuous learning and implementing feedback.
