Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client, are currently recruiting for the position ofHealthcare Project Manager / Technical Delivery Project Manager in South Dublin.The roleis on-site role with the occasional hybrid working.This post is for6 months initially with the high possibility of extension thereafter.Working35 hours per weekthe successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid based on anannualised salary of between €59,429 and €81,444 DOEand willaccrue 30 days' annual leaveper year.BackgroundThis programme encompasses a wide range of technical domains, including Epic hosting, application upgrades, security, medical device integration, and specialist clinical systems across laboratory, pharmacy, and radiology services.To ensure the timely and effective implementation of these components, our client requires a highly skilled and experienced team to support the technical delivery workstreams. This includes planning, deployment, testing, and ongoing support across both EHR and non-EHR technical domains.Desirable criteria include, but are not limited to:Project Management qualification/trainingThe successful candidate must be agile and capable of supporting multiple technical delivery workstreams.Experience with Epic EHR and large-scale healthcare transformation projects is highly desirable. Hospital or healthcare ICT experience is valuable.ScopeTake ownership of specific deliverables under the Technical delivery programme.Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure the project(s) success.Report progress and manage risks and issues.Support in other activities relating to the technical delivery of the EHR Programme, as required.The Project Manager will be expected to support the following areas:Epic Technical Hosting & Applications: Support for hosting environments, application upgrades, and patching.Security: Oversight of access controls, authentication, and data protection.End User Devices (EUD): Deployment and configuration of clinical and administrative devices.Client deployment and management, i.e. Kuiper administration, Rover/Canto/Haiku.Login and Authentication: Integration with identity management systems.Business Continuity: Technical planning for downtime and disaster recovery.Medical Devices Integration: Support for Medical Equipment Integration and Alarm Management Systems.Specialist Clinical Systems: Including working with Laboratory, Pharmacy, Healthcare Technology, and Radiology.Technical Readiness: Planning, equipping, and deployment of infrastructure.Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) Workstreams:EHR TDRNon-EHR TDRSpecialist TDROperational Support:Starters and onboardingExternal vendor coordinationTesting supportService desk integration*This position may be subject to Garda Vetting and Foreign Police Clearance, if applicable you will be required to obtain these prior to commencing in this role*Unijobs is an equal opportunities employer.
